Lenovo 3000 C200 Graphics Problem

Hello, everybody.
I have some problems with my laptop - Lenovo 3000 C200. It was bought with Intel graphics - Mobile Intel 945GM Express Graphics and Windows XP.
However, I need Windows 7 to better experience and better security. So I had installed Windows 7. And then my problem began.
When I turn Windows 7 on, there is shown the Windows logo but later - black screen appears. There is no hardware problem, I'm totally sure! The graphics works with Windows XP and Xubuntu, but not with Windows Vista and newer. Lenovo and Intel have drivers on their sites, but they are useless. I'm only able to disable the graphics driver through Safe Mode and then Windows 7 turns on properly, but that isn't wanted result. Also an external display works similarly - normally not, but when the driver is disabled, it works fine.
Please help me, I'm extremely mad about it. I have been looking for the fix for so long... with no result. :-/
