Lenovo horizon 2s stuck on start up screen

My Lenovo horizon 2s is stuck on the start up screen. It is not responding to my keyboard, mouse, or touchscreen. However when I restart it and press F2 on my keyboard it takes me to advanced options and there my keyboard, mouse, and touchscreen do work. I need help in with fixing my locked screen problem, thank you

do you have an option in the f2 settings to repair your installation?
