Lenovo Laptop, no lights when plugin charger, no power light but little heat in the motherboard.

I have opened Lenovo laptop to clean the processor fan but when i reassemble it back, the laptop was not working. No Light in the motherboard, no power light, fan is not spinning, no display but when i plugin the adopter, there is little heat from the motherboard. adopter is working fine. i am in problem. i have quite knowledge in hardware, so please help me if you have face same problems.

Are there any lights that come on when you attempt to start the laptop?
I'll suggest attempting a reset, with battery removed and power adapter unplugged, press and hold the power button for ~30 seconds then, put battery back in, plug in adapter and try powering on again

There is no light at all. when i plugin charger, after some time there is little bit of heat in the processor and MB too.

On the power adapter is an led, note the color of the led before plugging the adapter into the laptop, does it change when you plug the adapter into the laptop? If yes, what (if any) color?

Power adapter led consist of 4 colors wire. how to change the color wires....i did not get you clearly. can you be more specifics.
for your information i have changed and tired with different adapter, it does not work.
