Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E530 GPU Upgrade

I have an Lenovo Thinkpad Edge E530 with:
- GT 635M 2GB
-i5 3210M 2.5Ghz
-8GB RAM DDR3
-1TB HDD 5400RPM
Can I upgrade my dedicated gpu with a better one?is it possible ?

Open the system and see if the video card is in an MXM socket. If it is, you have a chance it would work. Do a web search and see if you can find any systems like yours that were upgraded. If not, buy the video card and hope it works.
