Lenovo y50-70 upgrades and thoughts

So all theses are my specs would a ssd benefit my laptop and more ram and should I use windows 7 I have windows 10 right now tell me what I can do to make it better thank you ahead of time

Theres not much you can do to make it better
You can add more ram but unless you are video editing I doubt you use all that you already have.
You can swap an SSD in for the HDD but you already have a small SSD for caching so you would only see improvements in load times of infrequently used things.
