Lenovo Y500 mPCI-E

Hello there!
So, im thinking about getting a egpu to my Lenovo Y500. I can see there is a free MPCI-E slot in my laptop. Do you think it will work?

If you have the connector for the adapter, then it should work. You'd want to check with the vendor of the adapter though to make sure. And keep in mind that the adapter is limited to a PCIe 1 x speed so anything over a lower midrange video card would be useless to get as the bandwidth would limit it.
