Lenovo Y560 (with ATI HD 5730) Black Screen Issue

Hello i have a laptop with ati radeon hd5730 and also i have problem with black screen after the windows logo.

In a nutshell if i try to install amd grapchic card drive (latest drive, beta crimson drive, first drive of my laptop's manufacturer website , 14.4, 13.3 or others) with plugged in then i see black screen between the loading during.
But if i try to install this graphic card drive with battery (plugged out) then everything can be fine and there is no black screen. Also if i remove the ati graphic card drive on safe mode i can entry on VGA with plugged in or plugged out ( battery) there is no problem.

I tried to apply many method. For instant install win 7,8.1 ,10 and change value of regedit, crossfire adjust, power options, turn off fast startup on win 10, updated bios..

But it didn't solve. Can anybody help me with that ? Maybe there are else solution that i don't hear yet.

Dual graphics systems like this one often need the intel GPU driver installed first.

Nope, i have just one graphic i mean ati radeon hd 5730. If i remove ati driver then i can use vga only. I have not intel graphic.

What do you think is putting out the signal over the vga port?
It has either an intel i5 or an i7 processor and both those have an intel gpu built into the processor.
