Lenovo z500 overheating

Hi,

I have a Lenovo Z500 ideapad which I've recently (last few weeks, maybe longer) noticed is overheating. The fan is running at incredibly fast speeds and is very noisy but seems to be unable to deal with the heat generated even when running nothing. I am currently clocking these temperatures whilst my CPU is only running at around 15%:

I have run the fan dust program and my laptop is only 2 years old and well looked after. Has anyone else encountered a problem like this? I have read about and some people think it may be related to windows 10. Could anyone come up with any fix suggestions?

In my opinion its a case of dried out thermal paste. You may have to apply thermal paste on CPU to get rid of the issue. If you have some technical knowhow as to how to disassemble the Lappy, then you can do it yourself, else you have contact a professional for the job. Good luck.
