LG G2 Sim Permanently Locked!!!!

My LG G2 Is Permanently Locked,Cause I Entered Wrong Code 10 Times But Now It Says That Your Phone Is Permanently Locked And Cannot Be Unlocked,Its A Country Lock Known As Network Lock,I buy It From Chicago But When I came Back To India The SIM Is Not Working,One Of My Friend Says That It Requires A Code,I Entered Wrong Code 10 Times, Now Its Permanently Locked
