LG G3 Will Not Boot

My LG G3 vs985 with Cyanogenmod 12.1 boots, works for 12 seconds, then shuts off. I've tried 3 different batteries and flashing about 5 other ROMs too. Is this fixable? Thanks

If you are running "Cyanogenmod 12.1" then the phone is no longer running on Android, making it kind of not an issue for this particular forum.
