LG LED TV won\'t show program information or channel name...

I have a 42" LG LED tv. When I try to turn it on the green light blinks for several minutes then a Blue screen comes up with no information.

Did you check your input source? Does this happen on all devices, DVD player, etc....? If yes, you need to get it looked at by a repair tech or get a warranty fix if it's in warranty.
