Solved! Lg tv blinking problem

My 42" LG LCD tv blinks on and off then turns off, but only while using an HDMI input (xbox 360, HD upgraded DVD player). It will work for about 10-20 mins then start flashing with a black screen and the picture then eventually turn off. Regular cable and channels work and has no problem but the HDMI inputs seem to be giving me issues. can anyone help?

Have you tried lowering the resolution on your HD devices and then testing if this keeps happening?
Plus, check the settings on your HDTV channel (switch to the XBOX 360 and check settings), see if you have any HD managers running that turn off your display and what not.
