Lock Micro SD card - hides files even when the phone is connected to PC

I have Nokia E52. I wanted to lock folders present in my Micro SD memory card so that even when my phone is connected to PC, those folders asks for a password.

There should be an encryption option somewhere within the master options menu that will allow you to encrypt everything. Take a look there and see what you come up with.
