I did a hard flash on my android phone and I don't know email now I am looked out of my phone

Surely a friend can tell you your address? Without it, you don't have a chance of getting into that phone. It has to be worth asking around.

If you also forgot the password, you should know the answers to the security questions Google will expect you to knpw.

Without any of that information, the assumption will be it isn;t your phone.
