I am currently looking for a GTX 1070/1080, 17 inch or 15 inch gaming laptop, 1 inch or under in thickness, with 4 so-dimm ram slots (ddr4 64gb memory support), a 512GB-1TB SSD, a 1440P G-Sync or 4K G-Sync panel, and a i7-6700 or i7-6820 preferably.

There is no price limit, and currently the Aorus laptop line is out of stock, I can not purchase it anywhere for 2-3 more weeks so that is not an option!

Any help finding something with these specs would be greatly appreciated!

The first has a 1060. It is understandable that it have good thermals, he asked for a 1070 or 1080 if you hadn't seen it

And I'm not sure about the second but most reviews I've read that involve graphics cards that are rated 100W or higher tend to get really hot, here's one:

No it isnt? The Aorus is under a inch and they did it with those exact specs? As well the Razer Blade and GS70's and GS60's with GTX 1060 graphic cards??

Thinnest 1060 laptop I saw is over a inch and a half thick laptops with the new gpus are chunky because these are full gpus not MXM like the old ones. Basically they would roast and parts would cook to death. Heat is small areas=death to electronics. It would be retarded to put a high end gpu in a crappie thin laptop with small fans

What you are saying is so retarded, most electronics are rated to over 100C, in terms of desktop parts/laptop parts. These both have good thermals and are under an inch they are both 0.7 inches, and at full load are 70-80C. If you have nothing to say and dont know anything about this topic please dont post.

I'd rather pick a thicker laptop the 1070 is rated 100W TDP and the 1080 is rated 180W TDP thin laptops will only get hot

First things first, what is this laptop going to be used for? Also why do you need a laptop that thin? Beware that laptops that are thin and have a good gpu tend to be very loud.

The only laptops that I know that are thin and have a good performance are the asus gl series, msi apache range, razor blade and auros. I know that the razor and auros are out for you.

Either way is not very suitable on laptops no matter whay you say. Nowithstanding they do exist and function It is a gaming laptop 1 or 1.3 inches is thick enough and much less pricey
