Without spending hours looking for a specific deal, the 950M or older 860M GPU is likely the best you can fit in your budget. You may fit a refurbished 960M. Here are some benchmarks for the 950M http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-950M.1380 is that good enough.

If yes, then there are a decent number of 15" laptops that will fit.

Thius https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-Y50-15-6-Inch-Notebook-Black/dp/B012VMWB9C/ref=dp_ob_title_ce would be a very good choice if you can get it used or refurbished at a better price.

This https://www.amazon.co.uk/Lenovo-Notebook-i7-4710HQ-External-GTX-860M/dp/B00LJOTNXG/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1466945427&sr=8-4&keywords=lenovo+y50is at the top of your budget, but very decent for what you want to do. The 860M is also a good GPU.
