Looking for a good gaming headset 100-140$

Hello everyone, I've been searching for the last two days for a good pair of gaming headset in the price range of 100-140$. What I want from my headset is of cours the best 7.1 Sorround Sound this price can get me, but also have a really good sound for TV Shows, Movies, Youtube, Music and so on.... The headset I laid my eyes on mainlly were the Kraken 7.1, from what I could find these were the best in my price range. Also, my friend has those, he says the gaming sound is spactacular, but - all the Youtube, Music, Movies stuff are less better then that and in addition to that he also has a static noise problem (wich I'm sure dose not exist on all the Kraken 7.1's out there). Now, I have a Beats Mixr for Music on my phone and they are pretty good for TV and Movies, but on my PC I would rather my Gaming headset to be spactcular in Gaming and as well in all the other stuff. Thank you for the help ( I forgot to say - I do not want any kind of wireless headset)

Check out the section that talks about a Bioshock Mode! Talk about dedication to gaming; I didn't even know they had this - I'm going to have to check this out later myself! This headset is very high in quality and sturdiness; I read some of the negative reviews and couldn't disagree more plus they aren't verified owners (green check marks indicate verified and most of the negs lacked that). I can walk more than 20 feet away into my kitchen and still hear everything perfectly which is more than I can say about some others I've tried. I've had these for about a year with no complaints. I am considering buying a second pair myself actually; seriously!

Some do not like the bass effect/pulse feature and you can disable it. It's a nice option to put into effect if you like listening to some songs with heavy bass and you have complete control of the "impact". A very different experience for sure but once you get used to it you can pick your spots for where you want to appreciate it and can turn it off for those days where your head can't handle it.
