Looking for a Headset: PC + PS4 + PS4 Party Chat

Hi, I'm looking for a headset which I can use with my PS4 and PC at the same time. The end result I'm hoping to achieve is to do all of the following from the headset AT THE SAME TIME:
1. Hear sounds from my PC
2. Hear sounds from my PS4 (Dolby surround sound if poss.)
3. Be able to talk through PS4 Party Chat

With the ability to balance the PS4 sounds vs. PC sounds.

I have Astro A50s at the moment and have configured it to be able to do either 1 & 2 or 2 & 3 but never 1, 2 & 3. Am I just setting this up wrongly?

Looking for a headset that's less than £100, preferably.

Any help would be massively appreciated...

Then to be able to control the volumes between PC sounds vs. PS4 sounds
