Looking for a new budget laptop

Ok, here's the thing, our daughter is moving up to Ohio and the misses wants to get her a laptop so she can keep in contact etc,and i'm sure she'll use it for basic web surfing , media sites and all that.I'm a little pressed for time, that's why i'm reaching out here.
Price range 200-300,

Not really worried about the HDD ,cause ill be just pulling it and throwing in a sammy Evo SSD,and more than likely bump up the Ram also.
Any other recommendations / ideas would be greatly appreciated

The Acer is by far has the most powerful CPU of the three. That means it has the best performance and can last her longer before she feels it is too slow for her needs and wants a new laptop. It's even good enough to play Minecraft or the Sims 4 if she is into such things.

I guess getting this one from BB ,she can get the extended warranty.With her 2 year old son etc, im sure the accident and spillage coverage plays a big part
