Looking for a wintv type tuner for my PC

I am looking for a tv tuner for my PC and I have no idea which one I should choose.

I don't have digital cable just the regular cable.

any info would be appreciated.

As long as you do not use a cable set top box, you can use pretty much any tuner on the market. Personally, I'd recommend either a Hauppauge or AverMedia TV Tuner. What expansion slots do you have available (PCI, PCI-Ex1, PCI-Ex16)? What operating system are you running?

I just switched to win server 2008
slots are getting full I only have the one slot for the pci-e graphichs card free since i am using the onboard graphics
