Looking for advice on TV antenna

Hello. I hope I have placed this in the correct forum. I am trying to "cut the cord" and get rid of my EPBFI TV. I know literally nothing about antenna and am looking for one that will give me local HDTV stations. If someone could give me some advice or a place to start researching, I would really appreciate it.

If you need an indoor antenna then this site has reviews under best picks.
If you can use an outdoor antenna, which is always better even if you put it in an attic, then check channel master and winegard for information. They make ova antennas.
