Hey everyone i love my 7 inch tablet and of course i bought it at walmart and i just played it last night and now it wont come and my husband cant find the receipt for it so i cant trade it in this really sucks

Sure, everyone that buys something would love a lifetime warranty LOL, not so much the people that sell it.

The barcode is nothing except the general product ID for the model, it won't give anything specific that ties it to your purchase.

Have you tried to bring it to their customer service department? Have you tried contacting the tablet vendor?

I think that they should warranty there products especially electronics with lifetime warranties and with the box and the barcode they could have scanned it and got the reciept but they were being really ass's
 
Well, if you bought it recently, Walmart will usually allow for an exchange. I can't remember how many days though. They will not give money back, but they will do that. I know a few people who have made such exchanges.

Now if it won't come one, are you sure that the battery isn't completely dead? That is often the case, someone lets it get fully dead and then it has trouble actually charging. I would check this. And if needed replace the battery. They can be defective.

Lastly, I would suggest, if you can't exchange it and the battery isn't the problem, then a "Hard Reset" May be needed. However I would really save that as a last resort, as it wipes your data.
