Looking to convert ac3 to DTS or Dolby on the fly

Hi, I currently have my PC setup to my surround sound system through an optical SPDIF cable. I can't seem to find a method or program that will allow me to re encode ac3 into DTS on the fly so that I am able to watch movies in surround sound. My sound system only handles DTS and Dolby. Is there a codec out there or a method that I can use to either convert the audio or to do it on the fly?

I am currently running Windows 8.1

AC3 is Dolby Digital. As for encoding to DTS that would require a professional encoder that is priced for movie sound companies not consumers. Don't think there is any software solution for that either.
