Solved! Looking to get rid of adware/spyware

I have the best antivirus but it seems icant find anything, this file called sdsis keeps popping up, and this website adsv123.com Can someone please help?

What antivirus app are you using? Have you tried scanning/cleaning with a tool like Malwarebytes?

There are also reoccurring ad's and files that pop up

So, have you scanned for malware (all that stuff you described is malware)?

I have the same thing., malwaybytes didn't delete it. also it will pop up a new app icon that says google but it takes you to the advs123 site

If tools like Malwarebytes can't get the job done, it's time to wipe the operating system drive clean and do a full, fresh install of Windows.

Make sure you don't have any toolbars or plug-ins installed that are hijacking your browsers. Some are considered legit tools.
