How do I prove that the Facebook and messenger apps were already downloaded on my phone from the factory?

Few ways, ask support from wherever you got the phone, check online for your phone and see if there are any listings for what it came with, if you do a factory reset it will wipe it to factory defaults (along with deleting anything on there that was added so that may not be what you want to do unless you are OK with a fully clean setup). If you look at the app, if it was factory installed it is not likely to be allowed to be deleted.
