Lost My phone contacts

i am George.i am from Dubai.I am using samsung galaxy s3 mini mobile.All contacts of my phone is lost today.Because my phone have some hanging problem that's y i gave a factory reset after i have lost my all phone memory contacts.please help how can i recover my phone contacys

If you had backups of the phone you can do a restore, and check with your service provider, contact may either be saved on their side or in your Google account.
