Low Framerate on games

So I recently bought a Dell Inspiron 15 i5555. The specs didnt look bad at all. Then I tried running Attack on Titan wings of freedom... That was horrible. It was extremely laggy i was geting an average of 6-10 fps if i was lucky... On LOW! So I thought to myself "hey maybe AOT isnt optimized" So I tried Warframe... I get 30fps in the menu and 10 fps in game. Again on LOW! There must be a solution to this problem... I cant play most games on this laptop without lag regardless of whatever I do.

Memory Speed - 1600 MHz
Hard Drive - 500 GB HDD 5400 rpm
Graphics Coprocessor - radeon r5

What the spec for your exact model? some have low-end spec.
might want to return it and get a gaming laptop

Warframe doesnt take much to run good and these specs should surpass the minimum required specs
