I've just installed sky Q and my TV keeps blinking now I rang up Sky and they've told me that it's my TV needs updating but everytime I update it it it says no new software found so I'm just wondering does anybody know when the new update for the Luxor Smart TV is going to come out

Test it with another TV, does it work OK on that? It's as likely an issue with the device as the TV, blaming the other side is very common in tech support. You need to do some troubleshooting and see when this issues comes up.

I've tried it on another TV it works fine no issues whatsoever so I don't know what to do

Did you try different inputs? I would try another cable also. If it works fine on the other TV, you need to check on things outside of the Sky device. You can see if support for the TV model can help you.
