Mac address is not reconised

I have tried to pay for the iptv player on my daughters tv but when i do it says that the mac address is incorrect.I have double checked this and the mac is correct .I have done this on 3 other samsung smart tv's without a problem.Does anybody no why this is happening?

Universally vendors use the COLON separator for MAC, but lately, I've seen funny vendors using DASH.

I was trying to pay for iptv player it was successfull on 3 samsung tv's using colon but not on the other samsung using the same method and same card for some reason
