make a virgin mobile phone work after reported lost

I bought a Motarola Triumph off ebay and its a nice phone but when I called to activate it I found out its been reported lost or stolen. is there anyway I can do it or switch over the guts from my Kyocera event to the motarola.

Contact ebay for a refund. You can't legally activate it as it's stolen property.
