make an educational CD.

I have some flash files for teaching English, I want to have them all on a CD in order to make an educational CD.
I have thought of the above mentioned CD
a menu for the user to choose which chapter he is going to learn
each menu should have sub-menus for each topic
and the flash files are going to be placed on the sub-menus

I need a particular software and I need some help how to use it.

I don't know Edius. You can teach yourself.
