Hi guys, long time reader, first time posterer.
I recently bought a new laptop for university which I forked out a fair bit of coin ($1,600) so I could have some decent specs to be able to play some games (In this case specifically CS:GO)
I can run the game at around 120 - 150 fps but every now and then this will spike drastically to around 19 - 40 fps. Rather huge drop and its pretty frequent after a bit of gaming.
I play CS on lowest settings on native resolution. Nvidia settings I will screenshot and post as a link.
I had a play with un-installing Intel graphics to see if there was any conflicts but none.
I will post a picture of the temperature (HWmonitor) after 10min of play.
Now have my laptop propped up at the corners to allow some airflow.
