Hi everyone
Got myself Mi Notebook Pro (i7/16gb) last year and there's this issue with battery I need help. The thing is ,while gaming with charger plugged in, my battery slowly goes down. It's not fast, maybe 1% every 30min-1h based on screen brightness / wifi etc.
Got myself socket watt meter and tested, 100% screen brightness, wireless network, usb mouse and keyboard.
Power draw while gaming stayed at 55-65W - battery drained.
With Power saving mode, CPU TDP limited to 10W, 50% brightness etc. highest socket draw was 50-55W - battery still went down but slower.
It shouldn't be charger fault as it can take full 65W from socket yet laptop still use some battery even while requiring less. Tried fresh windows, windows update drivers, official drivers, different intel/nvidia drivers. Went back to 300 bios, undervolted, then back to 502. Nothing helped.
Thought about getting more powerfull charger but the only one (Apple 87W) was confirmed on reddit to now work with Mi Notebook Pro.
Any idea why it does so?
