Can you use a SD/OTG cable to connect Samsung Galaxy Tab A 6 to a non WI FI printer ? No is the usual answer , how annoying and time wasting is WI fi printing ?, I think manufacturers if they listen to customer feedback will include simple and QUICK back up factory default printing using a microUSB cable.

Solution
Go to Walmart, buy $100 Windows tablet. Use it to download and print.

If that's too much for you, probably that $11 app is better choice. And please don't make the people trying to help you to feel guilty that what you want could not be done.
If it will ever work, the cable needed would be pure OTG USB (nothing microSD). But I doubt Android have left printer' USB drivers.

You can try Google' cloud print installed on a computer where this printer is connected to.
