Factory reseted device won't accept account

So I just recently factory reseted my Samsung Galaxy Tab E (SM-T560NU) and when it is on the startup screen I am prompted to pick a language. Then a message pops up "An unauthorized attempt has been made to reset your device to factory default settings. Connect to a WI-FI or a mobile network to verify your identity." After I connect to a WI-FI I am prompted with the message "This device was reset. To continue, sign in with a Google Account that was previously synced on this device" so I entered the google account that I use for everything and the one that was last connected to the tablet but that doesnt work. Help what do I do.
