Microphone (internal and external) not working.

Hello!

I have a Toshiba Satellite C75-A-14D 17.3" LED laptop.I'm using Windows 10.I have a problem with microphone hardware.Both internal and external microphones don't work, altough a few weeks ago, they were both functioning perfectly.Is this problem repairable?

Hi,

Please do try to uninstall/reinstall the sound card driver first.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Sound Card driver.
- Reboot the laptop and it should reinstall the driver upon reboot.
- If it will not reinstall the driver automatically, download and install the latest driver there is from Toshiba support site.
- If this will not work I would suggest to run System Restore and restore it back to a date prior from having this issue.
