Question Microphone not picking voice and making weird distorted sounds such as loud echo

So I was just playing arma 3 with my friend on discord and i accidentally plugged my microphone out, i plug it back in and it makes ear bleeding distorted noises and doesn't pick my voice , i tried reinstalling realtek hd audio manager and when i try boosting its level it makes a ear bleeding noise in the headset speaker , please help me ASAP my headset model is marvo scorpion HG8907.

Update: when i change my volume on the headset the microphone detects loud noise somehow
