Hey guys so i was installing Windows Office 7 Enterprise and my PC shut down, now when i try to reinstall or configure it it fails in installing.
Can you guys please help me?

There is no "Microsoft Office 7", there is 2007 version.
"Enterprise version" - if you obtained that version from your employer, get another copy, you might got bad media.
If you "found it" - you will get no help here. And you better check your PC for malware.
