Microsoft user ID

Hi everybody,
I've been having lots of trouble getting into my microsoft account. I'm using my school email and trying to download office that the school gave me. Apparently my password is incorrect and this is what I get when I try to enter my user ID

Am I entering something wrong or has microsoft screwed up like they always do?

That is normal for resolving password issues with MS accounts. Did you ever register your email address as a MS account?

Yeah I did before

If previously registered, double-check your spelling and no extra characters (like spaces).
