mid end laptop with slow responses after upgrading

I have a hp envy m6 n113dx notebook, and i just updated memory to 16gb of ram from 8gb. it also has 4 cpu cotes and 6 cpu cores with a 2.1/3.3 turbo, amd kavari processor. i have a ocz vector 180 ssd. its fast but it still has some slow responses at times. ive never used this laptop for gaming, and it has windows 10. what else could i change to make this thing run like it should?

Try a clean Windows setup, with that much RAM and an SSD it should run fine. Unless the slowness is in online use, then it may be your internet connection.
