Missed Call Gt-S5830i

I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace Phone GT-S5830i phone. The problem is that when I receive an incoming call the phone does not allways ring but shows it as a missed call. I have seen this happen in a quiet room. I have been unable to reproduce this by ringing from my other phone.
the network is Lyca.

The is likely just a matter of a weak signal/network congestion. It could also indicate an issue with the phone itself.

You should contact your phone carrier for assistance.

Check that your phone is not on silent (note: most Android phones have silent both with and without vibrate).

The construction of the room/building preventing signal is another likely issue.
