Hi,

Please do try doing a clean install of the graphics card driver that may help.
- Go to Device Manager first and uninstall the Nvidia graphics driver.
- Next is to open Programs and Features then uninstall anything related to Nvidia.
- Once uninstalled, download and install the latest driver.
- Here's the link: nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?
- Reboot the laptop once the latest driver has been installed.
- After the reboot do check if the Nvidia driver has been installed successfully because if not please do reinstall Windows first.
- If all these will not work, do contact Dell again for another repair since the Nvidia card is not working.
