MKV to DVD

I was wondering what program can convert an mkv file to an ISO or burn straight to a DVD.

i wanna do the reverse ... but you need to convert the mkv files to wmv and then use Adobe Encore and add them to dvd .. there are easier methods but this is the one i use

what about the reverse ? making an iso image to 1 mkv file

mkv to dvd would probably wanna convert the mkv to mov or wmv and then you can use adobe encore dvd
