I just bought the mobicell m909, but the problem is , I can't seem to access the internet or download anything with it. It keeps saying communication error can you help me?.

not wise to post your full name, cell number and email address on any forum in a general post as spam-bots surf the web for such things. if you must list such things keep it to pm.

that said,

check with your cell service provider. you need a data package to access the internet typically. in any case it is their responsibility to make sure you are connecting with their network.

if instead you wanted to connect to a wifi hotspot or landline, you would have to make sure your phone is capable of that. again, you would want to consult with your cell provider as they should be able to tell you this.
