Monitor making crackling/Popping noises

I have a VAIO monitor that for some reason keeps making Crackling/Popping noises. It will even continue when i turn the volume all the way down and wont stop untill i turn my computer off. Can someone pls Help

Is it coming from the speakers or the rear where the power supply is? If speakers, did you test it with another source aside from the computer? Try another cable?

Yes, It is coming from the speakers. it will even continue when i plug in my headphones or connect to bluetooth

Not much you can do there except find someone to fix the speakers or maybe the jack or just replace the monitor. Monitors are pretty cheap now, it will likely be cheaper and easier to replace it than fix it.
