Most Functional Chromebook?

I have a great gaming/media laptop for college, but it's very heavy, and I have some money left over. I'd like to be able to carry a lighter computer with me from class to class. I'm looking for the most functional chromebook (most memory, most pc-like features) while still being less than 500$. I'm looking at the HP 14 touch chromebook, is there any better option?

Only 13 and 14 inch screen models please.

14" DELL Inspiron 14 i3451-1001BLK

Same CPU as the HP Stream 13; Celeron N2840 (2.16GHz). Slightly heavier at 3.9lbs, but it has a 500GB hard drive rather than just 32GB of eMMC storage which means installing a SD card is necessary for more capacity. Costs a little more though at $260.
