MOTO G3 2015 Temperatures!

I bought the MOTO G3 2015, but I have a question about the temperature, in idle I get 28/30C with some web surfing and facebook I get 38/37C, in gaming I get 38/39C, is it normal?

42-43C is the Limit. If it exceeds 43C then you have to Worry about.
But Moto G3 2015 comes with Snapdragon 410 chipset with is known for its Good performance with Low temperature under Load.

I saw the video and yes he sais everything up from 43 it's uncomfortable, the smartphone heats just for opening some messages or just going to options it goes to 34/33 from 30 in about 2 or 1 minute, with wi-fi on, facebook and some browsing 38C and gaming 39/38C, so I get the 'heavy load' temperature just by using wi-fi, facebook and some browsing, like you said its normal

Yes its Normal. Every smartphones get heat up after using Camera, Wifi, Web Browsing & mostly Gaming. But the temp you mentioned, I can ensure you that, You Smartphone is doing perfectly fine.
