i'm one of those iphone users but am always interested in seeing some good competition. it'll make both droid phones and iphones better (i hope). good for consumers. we'll see if they actually deliver.

regarding the "open" development platform of droid vs the more controlled platform of iphone ... i wonder if we're going to start seeing viruses and worms on less controlled dev platforms than on more controlled platforms.

i do think of security could become more of a risk for droid on a less controlled platform.

time will tell.
 
iHave LOTS of duplicate applications
and
iHave LOTS of buggy and useless applications
and
iHave restrictions that droid doesn't
