Move to SD Card

Hello Again ! I just got the Tab 3 7.0 a month ago . I have some really Large Games that I like to play, but my 8GB Internal SD is Too small . I have a 16GB extSd as well . I had to manually move the files to free space because No Move to SD Card apps will work . Problem Now is When I try to play the Games I moved It tell me " Required Files need to be downloaded ". Some games just Force Close . What can I do to make the Games Grab or find the files On my ExtSD "Without" Copying the Data Back to the Internal SD ?

Well the thing is if I re-download the app I still can not move the app to extsd card , and no Install to SD App works
