Mp3 not working

mp3 516-2 not working although it has been charged, it still will not come on. I don't see a place for a battery.

did you drop it?
expose it to high/low temperatures?
have it plugged in during an electrical interference?

there are a number of reasons why it might just "not work" anymore.

from the one photo i saw of it... it looks to be one of those very cheap models that sell for next to nothing (compared to major brands). often times you get what you pay for.
